This is a complete update of the =FFL= Real Combat Patch v1 2.52 Game
enhancement patch. The goal of this patch is to provide a richer gaming
experience to the standard 2.52 games and to add some new life to the aging
but much beloved Rogue Spear Game. My goal was to do this without effecting
game play or game dynamics in any way.
The only files changed in this patch are bitmap images, sounds and
textures, no data file have been changed or edited to change gun
performance or explosion radius, reticules or anything such as that. I
simply wanted to add a more realistic and immersive quality to the game.
The patch is a collection of real gun images, realistic sounds, and high
quality textures. I tried to use only the best files I could find to make
this patch. A great deal of time was put into finding only the best images
and sounds possible. I collected some parts from my favorite mods, and used ideas from the those as well Also I used
real images and sounds I collected from the net and other sources., in
addition I included many of my original art files . I edited all the sounds
form 8bit mono to 16 bit stereo to add depth to the game environment.
Note : I do not recommend that this
patch be used on older slower systems 400mz or below. Also avalaible for download from pies tactics vigilantigamers and woodys.
